This video was created during my participation in the summer program at SWA, Houston, in the summer of 2024. It is an independent work that encompasses research, illustrations, and video editing.

 

This video reflects on Houston's journey from its indigenous roots to urbanization, highlighting milestones like the rise of the oil industry, population growth, and urban heat, alongside intensifying natural disasters. It explores the link between unsustainable development and escalating environmental challenges.
